How to make a corn salad


Salad is one of the best types of appetizers that are placed on the table, because of its great benefits for health, as it helps the digestion process, and it is rich in vitamins necessary for the body, in addition to its wonderful shape and colors that are considered appetizing, served with a cooked lunch or dinner, and their Many types of salads differ in their preparation methods and differ from country to country. In this article, we will discuss several ways to make corn and mayonnaise salad.


Corn Salad with Potatoes with Mayonnaise


 Ingredients:


  • A cup of canned corn.
  • Two tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  • A cup and a half of boiled potatoes, cut into squares.
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Four leaves of lettuce were washed and sliced ​​wide.
  • Pinch of salt.


How to prepare:


  1.  Put in a deep bowl the lettuce, corn, and potatoes, then stir them well until the ingredients are mixed.
  2. In another small bowl, put the oil and mayonnaise, then add the salt and stir well until the ingredients are mixed.
  3.  Add the mayonnaise sauce to the vegetables and stir well, then put the salad in a serving bowl.

 Ingredients:


  • Three cups of potatoes, cut into small squares.
  • Two cups of boiled green beans.
  • Four cups of boiled broccoli separated florets.
  • Two cups of boiled yellow corn.
  • Two cups of carrots, cut into small squares.
  • A cup and a half of onions cut into small squares.
  • A cup of red pepper was washed and cut into squares.


Sauce Ingredients:


  • Two teaspoons of vegetable oil
  • Three cloves of crushed garlic.
  • Half a cup of lemon juice.
  • Half a teaspoon of salt.


How to prepare:


  1. In a large bowl, put the red peppers, onions, carrots, corn, broccoli, green beans, and potatoes, and mix well.
  2. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, salt, garlic, and oil and stir well until the sauce is ready.
  3. Put the sauce on top of the salad and stir well, then put the salad in a serving bowl.

  • Two cans of shredded tuna, drained.
  • A cup of canned yellow corn, drained.
  • ½ cup of canned and drained peas.
  • Half a cup of canned and drained carrots.


Sauce Ingredients:


  • A quarter of a cup of lemon juic.
  • Two tablespoons of olive oi.
  • Sprinkle of white pepper.
  •  Pinch of salt.


How to prepare:


  1. Put the carrots, peas, corn, and tuna in a serving bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, put the olive oil, lemon juice, white pepper, and salt and mix well until the sauce is ready.
  3. Pour the sauce over the salad and serve immediately.
